2 lemons;
mint to taste;
1 small piece of ginger;
2 slices of pineapple (can substitute apple);
Modo de Preparo:
Place all ingredients in a blender;
Beat for about 2 to 3 minutes until all the ingredients dissolve;
If you prefer adding sweetener and ice droplets;
note: I'd rather not strain, the fibers of the ingredients aid in digestion;
